The Introductory and Foundation Study Workshops are focused on personal development and introduce the student to the principles and practices which inspire and inform this approach to Yoga. The workshops are complete in themselves and offer a sound foundation in theory and practice. They are not solely for those who are teachers or who intend to teach Yoga. These courses are as much for those who wish to further their own personal development.

However, for those interested in teaching this approach to Yoga, they form part of the prerequisites necessary for the Practioner teacher training.
