Adrian Bennis

Adrian Bennis, a chemical engineer, began practicing yoga in 1993 and qualified with the Yoga Therapy and Training Centre in 2005. He has been a student of Viniyoga for 7 years and recently completed a three year aYs teacher training course at Clonlea Yoga Studio.
