Adrian Bennis
Adrian Bennis, a chemical engineer, began practicing yoga in 1993 and qualified with the Yoga Therapy and Training Centre in 2005. He has been a student of Viniyoga for 7 years and in 2010 completed the three year aYs Teacher Training Program at Clonlea Yoga Studio.

Mondays 8.00 - 9.15 pm
6 week course ongoing
€90 per 6 week course
Individual Tuition
Adrian is available for individual tuition. He has been working regularly with individual clients for over a year.
The first session runs fo up to 1hr 15mins and costs €65. Thereafter each session costs €50.
